Handheld Retro Game Console – 15,000+ Games, 3.5" HD Display, Linux EmuELEC

This is a genuine panel 4 screen r36s unit. it arrived with arkos installed and was ready to go right out of the box. i added a screen protector and some joystick covers and refreshed to the latest version of arkos and it's been a blast to play. it plays all of the classic retro games well up to the ps1. i would order from this seller again.

I got into emulation recently and discovered this little device. I am not disappointed at all, this thing is awesome. As far as i can tell, this isn't a clone. It has 2 ram chips, braided speaker wire, the button font looks correct, and most importantly, it runs arkos like a dream. I flashed it on a new sd card and, after transferring the games, have been glued to this little device for 2 days now. I cant recommend this device and this seller enough. If you're in the us, be aware that they do have a store stateside, so shipping won't take so long. I didn't realize that until a week after i ordered, but the shipping from china wasn't too bad.

This was a great experience for my first purchase on aliexpress. I ordered it christmas eve and got it december 2nd. I was waiting for it every day because i got a clone recently and this blows that thing away. Its a real r36s i received. Ark os and a great library with the 64gb card. Portmaster runs perfect. I literally just beat perfect dark for the first time on there and it was a blast. I have a steam deck, but the feel of playing my retro games on this device, ps1 and below, is just great. Yes your hands cramp after a bit but im usually having too much fun to stop.

Has a bunch of games, dpad and buttons are good, came in upgraded v22 board with space for a wifi module, the back buttons are now quiet.

Excellent device. Not a clone. 1:1 screen ratio is great for gb/gbc/gg/pico-8/nes/fc/fds/snes/sfc/satellaview/sufami/ngp/ngpc/pce/pcecd/tg16/sgfx/megaduck/supervision

The product complies with what was stipulated. It came with a 64 GB SD card. The color is the one I requested and the emulators run quite well.

A genuine v22 r36s with 2gb of ram. not a clone or a soysauce. swapped sd cards and happily running darkosre now

Mine was legit, was able to install darkos without much issues, performs as i expected it too compared to the r36h i bought for my nephew, really neat little device, love how a decent chunk of parts are replaceable.

The device arrived quickly (at least quickly for something shipped from overseas to america) and was verified to be an authentic r36s unit. verified by boot test, inspecting inside the unit, and reflashing of arkos 2.0 to a new micro sd card. i've had the device for close to a month now and it has performed perfectly since arrival. plays everything up to ps1 with no issues and only begins to show any sign of slowing down when trying to play n64 titles on stock settings. obviously if you're thinking about buying this device then supply your own micro sd card as the stock cards that ship in these devices are only just good enough to get you started but will fail eventually, sometimes even dead on arrival. all face buttons, shoulder buttons and the analogue sticks have all worked reliably and provide proper inputs (including dpad and analogue stick diagonals). very satisfied with my purchase and the performance for the amount of money spent on the device.

Decent delivery time, and the handheld console completely meets my expectations, as i was looking for the square screen for better size on golden-age games. controls feel solid enough, it is a non-clone image in the card (funkiddy arkos 2.0), and it has played quite well for me.

Works flawlessly with zero issues with the booting of the device and the operating system being a 9/5/2025 build of arkos 2.0

Genuine r36s device. This one has panel 4 and works perfectly with rocknix. Wifi, ethernet, everything. Thanks for selling the real deal. Highly recommended!

Seems to be a real one. There are 2 ram chips. Build is nice. I'm actually surprised by how well it runs 3d games. It's also nice that there are emulator customization options to optimize each game. This is my first retro handheld and it was a good way into the field. I'll probably get the h next

Rediculously good quality for less than $35. Screen is super bright and the colors pop (looks like an ips lcd). Load times are fast and the performance is good with no more lag in games than you would get running an emulator on a decent pc. Even the buttons have a perfectly decent feel to them. No, it doesn't feel super premium, but this is an entire game console for less than you can buy a typical full size console controller for.
